Our high-performance lubrication systems can be used either as stand-alone units or integrated into the PCS100 press control system.
They impress with outstanding H13-class oil separation and filtration technology, achieving a separation efficiency of up to 99.95%.
Strip widths of up to 700 mm are easily possible.
A fully automatic oil change enables the use of different media without any manual intervention. In addition, access to the tool memory and the stored parameters is provided.
The coarse particle filter is placed near the chamber, allowing extraction to operate without the aid of gravity, so the extraction hoses can also be routed vertically.
