ROBUST MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION

  • The cast iron press body ensures exceptional pressure resistance and vibration damping.
  • The design with multiple connecting rods (three pieces for TVX-2000W and four pieces for TVX-3000W, TVX-3300-330/370) at the connection between ram and crown ensures uniform ram force and low deflection.
  • 8-point needle bearings installed in long guide rails to prevent the ram from tilting under off-center loads
  • Dynamic balancing function allows the press to operate at full speed with minimal inertia effects and vibration.
  • Selectable fixed stroke for flexible applications
